T-ShirtThese polo shirts are manufactured by us from the stage of cutting to the packing all are done by AL Farab Traders.First of All the Fabric cuts according to the required sizes of the company or the businessmen whose order is carrying on.The fabrics front which has been cutted sent to printing department or if embroidery is required sent to embroidery department.After completing the embroidery or printing according to the requirement the fabric then sent to the stitching department after completing all its accessories like thread,collar,ribbing on the shoulders.movonek on the back which includes sometimes printed labels and brand labels.The fabric after passing from all the operations came to the Quality department which is the most important from all the process because we dont want to give the buyer something wrong.After passing from Quality the product then Steam Pressed and packed into poly bags and sent through courier to the desired places.This same exactly happens to the Hoodies and Movoneck and T shirts and polo shirts. |
